Why we built this, and who it is for.

Before you book a call, hear the argument in full: why nobody around a talented young player is free to give you a straight answer, and what changes when one person is accountable to your family instead.

Who this is for

Serious young footballers, aged 12 to 18.

12 – 18The age range we work with
14 – 18The formation cycle. Under fourteens join to prepare for it
AnywhereDelivered remotely, to families worldwide

Join at any point inside the cycle. A player starting at sixteen is as welcome as one starting at fourteen, and the plan is built around where they actually are rather than where the calendar says they should be.

Why this exists

Nobody is responsible for your child alone.

Their club answers to its squad and its season. Their school answers to its calendar. A scout answers to whoever is paying them. Between them nobody holds the whole picture, and nobody in it is accountable to your family.

01 · No one is accountable

Nobody is responsible for them alone

Every adult around your child is doing a job for someone else. Their development is a by-product of other people's objectives, never the objective itself.

02 · No impartial read

You never get a straight answer

The club has an interest in them staying. An agent has an interest in them moving. Nobody in the picture can give you a technical opinion with nothing riding on it.

03 · No one intervenes

Nobody makes the call for you

When the minutes dry up, or the fixture list collides with the exam timetable, there is no one to step in. A parent who raises it themselves risks the relationship their child depends on.

We don't add another voice. We focus the ones already there.

CLUB answers to its squad SCHOOL answers to its calendar COACHES answer to the team AGENTS paid on the transfer Four beams. None of them land. PERFORMANCE DIRECTOR Every beam, pointed one way. YOUR CHILD

Nobody is removed. The same four people carry on doing their jobs. What changes is that all of it is gathered, pointed at your child, and aimed where you and we agreed it should go.

The model

A technical figure on your child's team.

Not another coach adding training hours. One dedicated person working across the player, the parents, the school and the club.

01

Assessment & plan

A full baseline and a plan with defined objectives, reviewed every quarter.

02

Analysis & guidance

Their actual football, reviewed fortnightly for real decisions rather than highlights.

03

Family alignment

A monthly call bringing player, parents and Performance Director onto the same plan.

04

Advocacy

The conversation with the club or the school that a parent cannot have without damaging a relationship their child depends on.

Wherever you are

We don't give you a login. We give you an answer.

Professional match capture, annotated clips of the moments that actually matter, and a standardised physical test battery run wherever your child is. The technology stays in the background.

What reaches you is a person explaining what they found: a written report every quarter, a call every month, and clips you can actually watch.

Judgment travels. The evidence travels with it.
Progress you can see

Development is invisible while it is happening. So we measure it.

Four dimensions, tracked from a baseline through three quarterly reviews to a final review at the end of the season. Measured against where your child started, never against anybody else.

PhysicalA standardised test battery, run on a fixed schedule.
MentalityObserved in matches and in review, not clinically assessed.
Game intelligenceDecisions, positioning, reading the game.
We don't just lead development. We track it.
What you actually receive

Every quarter, it arrives on paper.

Sample pages · seven pages in full · player invented

Four quarters a year, a written report lands. Not a score out of ten and not a paragraph of encouragement. Fifteen indicators, rated on the same scale in the same order every time, with the movement on each one since the last report.

Every judgment in it is traceable. Each objective set the previous quarter is closed against a timestamped clip, and every row in the technical report has footage sitting behind it.

Ask for the clip. It exists.

Scores can fall, and when they do the report says so. A drop is information about where the work moved, not a verdict on your child, and nothing in the document is a prediction.

We will take you through a full report, page by page, on the introductory call.

Why trust us

We are paid by you, and by nobody else.

What we do

A straight technical opinion

On your child's current level, their realistic fit, and what would genuinely help: a different environment, a different position, or simply more structured work where they already play.

What we don't do

No promises, no guarantees

We are not agents. We are never paid on a transfer or a placement, and we hold no commercial relationship with any club or scholarship programme. You pay us, which is why we can tell you when a move is a bad idea.

Meet the team
The formation years

Fourteen to eighteen is when a player is made.

After eighteen the reality changes: they are a professional, or they are a student, or they are playing because they love it. Our focus is the cycle before that decision.

With a Performance Director Left to whoever shouts loudest
14 15 16 17 18 the club's season the school calendar someone else's timing Wherever it lands FOUNDATION baseline, habits, the plan ACCELERATION the body changes fast DEFINITION position, profile, level AT EIGHTEEN, STILL OPEN PROFESSIONAL SEMI-PROFESSIONAL SCHOLARSHIP UNIVERSITY

Both players started in the same place. One spent four years being moved by other people's calendars. The other was developed to the top of their ability, on a plan agreed with their family, and arrives at eighteen with the decision still theirs to make.

Our job is that by eighteen your child has been developed to the very top of their ability, and that as many doors as possible are open. We do not know yet which of those they will walk through. Neither does anyone else, and anyone who tells you otherwise at fourteen is selling you something.

Questions parents ask

Before you book the call.

How much does it cost?

It is a single fixed price for the season, the same for every family, anywhere in the world. We go through it on the introductory call, so you see what it covers before you see the number.

Do you replace our club or coach?

No. Your club develops a team and that is what it is built to do. We do what a club is not built to do: look after one player, individually, across everything they are doing.

Are you agents?

No. We are never paid on a transfer or a placement. You pay us, which is why our read on level and fit can be honest.

We are not in Portugal. Does this still work?

Yes, and most of our families are not. The work is judgment, not proximity, and the whole programme is built to be delivered remotely.

Can you get my child a scholarship?

No, and nobody honestly can. What we can do is develop them properly and tell you truthfully what is realistic, early enough for it to matter.

Our child is sixteen. Is it too late?

No. The cycle is four years and you can join at any point inside it.

What do you need from us?

Very little. We source the match footage ourselves. What we ask for is a willingness to run the physical tests we prescribe, and both parents on the monthly call where possible.

One conversation to start

Let's talk about this cycle.

Twenty minutes, no obligation. We will tell you honestly whether this programme is the right thing for your child right now, including if the answer is no.

We work with families across Portugal, Europe and beyond

What happens next

You pick a time. We do the rest.

Choose a slot that works for you. We will email you a short set of questions beforehand, so the twenty minutes are spent on your child rather than on admin.
