Next Generation Academy is a professional club's football programme running inside your existing timetable, under your school's own name and colours. We add to the staff you already have. Every coach who delivers it is certified against one standard, filmed, and reviewed in writing every term.

Coaches who do not change every September
Certified coaches working alongside your existing staff, never in place of them. One curriculum, adapted from a professional academy framework, with a written coach review every term. Staffing, cover and scheduling are ours to manage.
Measured, not remembered
Match and session capture, ball speed, player output and standardised physical testing, captured with the instruments a professional academy uses. Every line in a report has an instrument behind it rather than a recollection of the game. The instruments change as the technology does; the standard behind them does not.
A Player Evolution Report every term
One report per student per term, to parents and to the athletic director, covering technical, tactical and physical development alongside mental habits observed in matches and review. Each report is measured against the last, so a parent asking how their child is progressing receives a document rather than an opinion.
A record a university asks to see
Verified data, footage and a termly record, formatted for NCAA, NAIA and UK recruitment, alongside Estoril scout evaluation and quarterly showcase camps. Two routes stay open at once, so no student has to choose one at fourteen.

All capture hardware and all performance data generated under the programme remain with Fever Pitch. Fever Pitch does not place students and takes no commission on any transfer or placement. The programme develops the player and produces the evidence, so that the doors which can open are open.
