About Fever Pitch

We hold commercial mandates for sports properties and build and operate revenue assets in sport. Most high value sports organisations are sitting on commercial value they cannot see, cannot structure and cannot capture. The brand is worth more than the revenue reflects, and the gap is almost never about effort. It is about structure.

We are early and growing quickly. This role grows with us.

In this role

You own commercial revenue across our portfolio: sponsorship, hospitality and membership. You build the pipeline, you manage it, and you convert it. List to signature to cash received, and the reporting and renewals that come after.

This is not an account management role with a warm book handed to you. There is no inherited pipeline. There is a market, a set of properties that are underpriced, and a phone. If that sounds like a problem rather than an opportunity, this is not for you.

You will work directly with the founder on positioning and pricing, not just on execution. What you learn in the market shapes what we sell, not only how we sell it.

You are an early hire. We are still writing the playbook and there is only a small team around you. It also means the commercial function will be shaped by how you do the job, and what comes next will be built on it.

You'll be a great fit if
  1. You have carried a number, hit it, and can evidence it.

Not supported someone who did. You.

  2. You are connected.

Real relationships with brand marketing directors, decision makers and the Portuguese agency network. We are looking for your network as much as your experience.

  3. You are comfortable selling across price points.

A membership and a headline sponsorship are different sales, different buyers and different cycles. You will run both in the same week without dropping either.

  4. You are a builder, not a maintainer.

You would rather open twenty doors this month than tidy the ones already open.

  5. High agency.

You write your own list. Nobody here will write it for you.
